What to know about preparing the irresistible Nigerian noddles. Recipe

THE YUMMY NIGERIAN NOODLE YOU CAN’T RESIST

According to the World Instant Noodles Association, WINA, in 2021, Nigeria ranked the 11th largest instant noodle market in the world with an annual consumption of 2.6 billion packets of noodles. China ranked the highest with 43.9 billion. The consumption rate increases almost every year, and it could be said that more people are adopting noodle consumption.  Could it be its ‘instant’ nature or its recipe? Well, the answer may slightly differ.

The original objective of noodles has been for quick serving unlike the other major meals.  However, for the lovers of really good food, a compromise was not an option. To some other persons, it was like inviting hunger into your home as they claim, it was never enough for them. In this part of the world, Nigeria, back in the days, it was age and gender related. I can remember some guys maintaining such a view because it is a light meal. And you can barely see parents or specifically, fathers consume noodles.

Nevertheless, over the years, many have come to embrace noodles as a normal meal. Everyone loves easy life, and with the work stress, one will settle for ease. However, health is wealth, and people want to stay healthier than they used to; so, they make their meals healthy, noodle is one of them.

There are several recipes for preparing noodles, or you can always invent yours. But we will make only one today, let us call it Vege-Noodles. It is a very healthy meal. Irrespective of the type of noodle, Indomie, Dangote, Golden Penny, etc., the recipe is the same. I prefer Indomie and Golden Penny Noodles. Anyways, let’s get started, I know you can’t wait any longer.
